Woody Allen confirms details of new film

NEW YORK- Veteran film-maker Woody Allen Friday confirmed the details of his latest film, a romantic comedy set in Paris which will include France's first lady Carla Bruni-Sarkozy in an all-star cast.
A statement said the film -- "Midnight In Paris" -- would also star Owen Wilson, Oscar-winning actress Marion Cotillard, Rachel McAdams and Kathy Bates.

The movie will revolve around a family traveling to the French capital on business while celebrating a young man's "great love" for the city.
Former supermodel Bruni-Sarkozy revealed last year she had been invited by Allen to feature in the film. But the singer-songwriter admitted she was not an experienced actress and could turn out to be "hopeless."
"I'm not an actress at all. Perhaps I'll be completely hopeless but I can't miss an opportunity like this one. When I'm a grandmother I'd like to be able to say I made a film with Woody Allen," she told an interviewer.
