LOS ANGELES - Ageing Aerosmith rocker Steven Tyler suffered minor injuries to his head, neck and shoulder after plunging from a concert stage onto fans, US media reports said Thursday.
Grainy video footage of the incident shot by a fan and posted on the TMZ.com entertainment website showed Tyler, 61, tumble from the stage after spinning around as he performed a dance move at the concert in South Dakota.

Neither band officials or organizers of the concert at the Buffalo Chip Campground were immediately available for comment on Thursday.
The Rapid City Journal reported on its website that Tyler was taken to the hospital by helicopter after the incident late Wednesday in Sturgis, South Dakota, but was in "good spirits."
Tyler was singing the hit song "Love in an Elevator" when he fell, according to reports. "It was an unfortunate end to an extraordinary evening," concert spokesman Michael Sanborn told the Journal.
"He was good natured about it. He was in good spirits when he got in the helicopter. He was talking and joking with the physician."
Tyler is one of the founding members of Aerosmith, one of the world's most prolific bands and responsible for hits including "Walk This Way" and "Back in the Saddle."
The actor's daughter is "Lord of the Rings" actress Liv Tyler.
