Cameroon president names new PM in cabinet shake-up

Inoni, 61, is also an English-speaking member of the ruling Democratic Rally of the Cameroonian People (RDPC).
Biya changed nine other ministers including the defence chief, Remy Ze Meka, who was replaced by the former national police chief, Edgard Alain Mebe Ngo'o.
The cabinet shake-up had been expected for several months.
