East Lebanon bomb blasts wound three

The second bomb exploded when a military vehicle arrived on the scene. An officer was among the two soldiers wounded.
Security sources said that the incident was linked to the conflict in neighbouring Syria.
Two roadside bombs targeted convoys belonging to Shiite militant group Hezbollah in June amid mounting Sunni resentment at its intervention in support of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad against the mainly Sunni rebels, Lebanese media reported.
There have also been deadly clashes in the northern city of Tripoli between supporters and opponents of Assad's regime and in the southern city of Sidon between hardline Sunni opponents of Hezbollah and the army.
