Syria's Assad in Austria end-April

VIENNA, - Syrian President Bashar al-Assad is to pay an official two-day working visit to Austria later this month, the office of Austrian President Heinz Fischer said Wednesday.
Assad and his wife Asma will arrive in Austria for a two-day visit on April 27.
Both Assad and Fischer will open an Austrian-Syrian economic forum and the two men will discuss bilateral economic and cultural issues, the political challenges in the Middle East and Syria's role in the region, the office said in a statement.
