US Vice President Biden to meet with Netanyahu Sunday

The latest round of Israeli-Palestinian talks was reopened in Washington September 2 but broken off September 26 when Israel allowed the expiration of a moratorium on new construction in the occupied territories likely to be part of a Palestinian state.
The Palestinians are calling for a new moratorium, but Israel has rejected this.
On October 9, the Arab League gave the United States an additional month to try to save the peace talks.
