Steven Seagal
Nguyen's suit alleges she was hired by Seagal as an "executive assistant" after answering a job advertisement placed on Craigslist in February. According to the suit, Nguyen "believed that she had found the dream job of a lifetime."
The suit states Nguyen later was flown to rural Louisiana to live in Seagal's house, where the actor fondled her. She says she later escaped from the home with the help of a taxi driver.
Before being hired by Seagal, Nguyen was an aspiring model, was enrolled in college and hoped to become an air traffic controller, the suit states.
A lawyer for Seagal, who has found recent success with the reality television series "Steven Seagal: Lawman," rubbished the lawsuit in a statement issued to the TMZ.com website.
"The lawsuit filed by Kayden Nguyen against Steven Seagal is a ridiculous and absurd claim by a disgruntled ex-employee who was fired for using illegal narcotics," attorney Marty Singer told TMZ.
Seagal is being sued for sexual harassment, illegal trafficking of females for sex, failure to prevent sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and false representation about employment.
