Italian actress: Sexual predators at Cannes will be held accountable

Cannes, France – Italian actress Asia Argento has spoken out against sexual abuse in the movie business, telling the Cannes Film Festival's closing ceremony that those in the audience who have behaved inappropriately towards women would be held accountable.

"I was raped by Harvey Weinstein," Argento said, adding that the incident had occurred in 1997 when she was 21 years old. "The festival was his hunting ground."
